That said, for the puppies’ well-being, we do reserve the right to make the final decision about their travel arrangements. We also do our best to give you an accurate estimate of the shipping costs right when you place your deposit. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way, letting you know the flight we plan to use and providing details about any alternate flights, if available.
Once your puppy’s flight is booked, we’ll send you an email with all the details — including flight times, flight numbers, and where you’ll need to pick up your puppy. We’re very hands-on in making sure your new furry friend arrives safely and comfortably.
To reserve your puppy, a deposit is required. This deposit guarantees that we won’t hold your chosen puppy for anyone else, and it also confirms your commitment to bringing your new companion home. We handle all the flight arrangements, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
